Franck Valencia, founder of the consulting firm FVC and managing partner, is a Doctor of Law following the delivery of a doctorate in private law by the University of Lorraine in 2004, after research work carried out in comparative law within the Faculties of Nancy and Barcelona.
Winner of the 1997-1998 promotion as part of his Diploma of Advanced Studies in Comparative European Law, he teaches as a Lecturer and then Temporary Teaching and Research Attaché at the Faculty of Law of Nancy, in parallel with his activities. of Lawyer at the Bar of Nancy, after obtaining his Certificate of aptitude for the Profession of Lawyer followed by his taking of the oath in 2004.
He then taught European and international business law as an Associate Professor at ICN Business School for more than 15 years, while also devoting his activities as a Chargé de mission within the Regional Policy Department of Ministry of the Economy of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, in charge of the management of structural funds since 2007. Author of various publications in national and international journals, he specializes in the structural policies of the European Union and those related to competition and public procurement.
